She used what was left as a base for a luscious liqueur,adding fresh peach juice as a finishing touch and then mixing it with Italy's famous sparkling wine. Pallini Peachcello was inspired by Virgilio's love of Italy's finest peaches which, picked at their peak, create a world-class liqueurwith an exquisite bouquet.
